As an Entry-Level Business Development Representative (BDR) at Yochana, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This position is ideal for a driven individual eager to launch a career in sales and business development within the fast-paced staffing industry. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, initiating contact with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in building lasting relationships. This role offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and significant opportunities for career advancement.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries that align with our staffing solutions.
- Utilize various channels — including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and professional networking — to generate new leads.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with our target market.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients to introduce Yochana's services and value proposition.
- Schedule introductory meetings and presentations for senior Business Development Managers.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with a staffing agency to address client hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and recruiting teams to understand client requirements and market trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the staffing sector.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and market opportunities.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role (internships count).
- Prior experience in the staffing industry is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
- Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with new contacts.
